Accommodation
OneStage only use accommodation which conform to local safety standards and regularly inspects accommodations used for clients. Each establishment is asked for a self-assessment, covering all aspects of safety. Fire, hygiene and public liability insurance certificates can be provided at the Client's request.
Ferry Operators / Eurotunnel
All ferry companies used by OneStage and Eurotunnel conform to safety requirements.
Coach Operators
British Coaches: All coaches hired within the UK are fitted with seatbelts and other facilities will be clearly confirmed to you. All Coach Operators employed by OneStage, are bound by a comprehensive Service Agreement, in which all aspects of safety, maintenance, driver qualifications, emergency procedures and insurance are verified. A copy of our Service Agreement can be viewed on request.Coaches hired outside the UK, (for groups who fly to their destination): These are usually booked through our local Ground Operators. We have a comprehensive Service Agreement with all Ground Operators in which safety aspects, maintenance, emergency procedure and insurance of coach companies is verified. Pre-Visit Safety Guide
OneStage will, on request, organise a pre-tour visit for Group Leaders, prospective Group Leaders, and any other persons who wish to accompany them. The time taken to arrange this trip for you will be given willingly and at no charge. However there will be a charge (at cost only) for accommodation, travel and assistance on the ground.
24 Hour Emergency Assistance
Where your tour has been booked through a Ground Operator, (you will be informed if this is not the case), you will either have a 24 hour local telephone number to contact in an emergency, and/or a Local Tour Manager, staying at the same accommodation who will assist you in an emergency situation. All groups, whether accompanied or not will have 24 hour emergency numbers for OneStage staff in the UK.
